About the event
The Flash Tech Summit was created to provide a space for kids to come and learn about the diverse fields of work in Information Technology. The career paths are endless and the Summit provides an opportunity for all to explore. There will be hands-on workshops lead by people in IT, a panel for kids to ask questions and hear about how some people got their start in the field, and of course fun! The age range for this event is 7-17
*** We're still navigating a pandemic so we're taking precautions as it relates to Covid, it is tenatively slated to be in person. So there will be social distancing, masks, and negative test results required, so that we can gather and learn safely. There will be a fallback plan to do this virtually should the climate of this pandemic worsen or guidelines on in person gatherings change.
